(2) For special wells, such as wells with serious casing deformation or more sand, the well should be worked over first and then the tubing transmission perforation should be used. Ultra-deep wells, high-temperature and high-pressure wells, HS-containing wells, etc., special processes and equipment should be used during perforation operations, and measures to prevent jamming should be formulated.

(3) Check or replace torpedoes, splines and tension rods to ensure that each connection point is in a safe state and ensure that the tensiometer is accurate and reliable. Perforation includes oblique point, well oblique, dogleg well section, perforating fluid density, etc.); adjust the position of the winch, accurately calculate the maximum safety pull force that can be applied when the perforating gun encounters a jam; during the drilling gun going down the well, the winch driver should always pay attention to the tension change, stop in time when encountering obstacles or reaching the bottom of the well, and slow the speed when lifting to prevent the cable from twisting and jamming.

To sum up, there are risks in perforating operations, only correct and scientific face, overcome the unfavorable factors in the operating environment, both sides A and B support each other, mutual understanding, and propose an optimized perforation plan. Through multi-faceted testing, demonstration, testing and scientific, rational and standardized construction and assembly, the risks existing in perforating operations can be zero, and quality services can be better provided.
